SOLO VIOLIN WITH BACKING TRACKS
Growing up in the Ukraine and traveling throughout Europe and the Middle East performing violin, Olena now calls Vancouver home. Olena specializes in solo violin with a looping pedal as well as solo violin played over backing tracks.
With the looping pedal, all melodies and harmonies are created by her live violin performance and then looped overtop one other to create a layered, multi-instrument sound, as heard in her videos.
When Olena plays over backing tracks, a recorded song is played over speakers and then she plays live violin overtop of the tracks.
Perfect for cocktails or a reception, Olena’s solo violin includes pop and lounge covers. She can also perform soft classical over backing tracks.
