Music For Your
WEDDING CEREMONY
Most wedding clients will need to choose two processionals (one for the bridal attendants and one for the bride), as well as a signing of the registry selection and a recessional selection. If you are having a small wedding party, then only one processional may be necessary. The processionals should be a fairly slow tempo, while the recessional selection is best if it is a little faster.
The signing of the registry selection can be any tempo/selection that appeals to you, as there is usually no walking done during the signing. We would be happy to assist you with your ceremony selections as well, if you like. For Catholic Weddings and other Specialty Weddings, please contact us directly to discuss the particular requirements.
Music For Your
WEDDING RECEPTION
For the cocktail reception or dinner hour, keep the atmosphere laid back with a string quartet, harpist or pianist, or kick things up a notch with a jazz vocal act or a dinner jazz band. Live music can really set the tone for the occasion and help to make it more special and memorable.
To get the party started, choose from our huge selection of dance bands or hire a DJ. All of our dance bands are masters in entertaining and we guarantee your wedding guests will be raving about the band for weeks after your wedding. From ballroom to disco, pop to country, rock to hip-hop, swing to the latest dance craze, our dance bands are versatile, fun, engaging and able to entertain a diverse crowd by playing something for everybody.

Our Booking Process

CONSULTATION BY EMAIL OR PHONE
The goal of the consultation is to establish a comfortable relationship and to find out what type of event you are having, your budget, your vision and then determining the best style of music that we can organize for your special occasion.

MUSIC SAMPLING
The goal is for you to actively listen to samples of music played by the artists that fit the style of music you envision for your event. Please visit the Music section of our web site to listen to audio samples or view video demos of our musicians.

AVAILABILITY
Once you have chosen the style of music and/or the artists that you would like to have play at your event, we determine if they are available. If they are not, we will provide you with more choices to choose from.

CUSTOMIZATION
This step is only necessary if you would like to choose your own personalized wedding ceremony music. We can easily guide you through this process via email or on the phone. We recommend that you leave the majority of the song selections to the professionals. It is best if you choose only your own processionals, signing and recessional selections.
